The Heart Chakra: The Center of Love and Compassion
The heart chakra is the fourth chakra in the human energy system, located in the center of the chest. It is also known as the Anahata chakra, which means “unstruck” or “unhurt” in Sanskrit. The heart chakra is associated with the element of air, the color green, and the sense of touch.
